Chocolate Banana Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 Large Egg (or 1 Cup of Unsweetened Applesauce)
2 Large Ripe Bananas

2 1/2 Cups Rinsed & Drained Black Beans (Equal to 3 15-Ounce)
1 1/4 Cup Hershey Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar (3/4 Cups of Honey)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Vegetable Shortening
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Let's Create Magic:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Put the cupcake liners into the cupcake pan set aside.
- Use the food processor to process the black beans and banana until smooth and creamy.
- Add the coconut oil, sugar, milk, and eggs.
- Then add 1 cup coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Process for 1 minute; remove lid and stir. SIDE NOTE: Process longer if needed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Used the ice cream scoop to fill the cupcake liners 1/2 full.
- Place the cupcake pan in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes on the bottom rack.
- Test the cupcakes for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick come out clean remove the cupcakes out of the oven to cool. SIDE NOTE: If the toothpick come out with batter, place the cupcakes back into the oven for 5 minutes then retest the cupcakes to make they are done.
- Let the cupcakes cool on a cooling rack for 20 minutes.
- While the cupcakes are cooling, use a large mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, to make the vegetable shortening smooth and creamy. Mix for 3 minutes.
- Add powder sugar and 1/4 cup coco powder mix for 1 minute.
- Then add the vanilla and water mix for 2 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- Place the frosting into a piping bag.
- Cut a small hole in the tip of the piping bag.
- Pipe the frosting on each cup cake. (Optional) Add crushed Oreo on top for decoration.

LET'S CREATE MAGIC
- Preheat the oven to 350˚
- Spray the 8×8 pan w/ water and line w/ parchment paper.
- Use the food processor to process the black beans, avocado, banana until smooth and creamy.
- Add the coconut oil, sugar, and eggs.
- Then add coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Process for 1 minute; remove lid and stir. SIDE NOTE: Process longer if needed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour batter into the 8x8" pan smooth with the a spatula.
- Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 20- 30 seconds.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter into rows across the top of the brownie batter.
- Use the knife to swirl the peanut butter across the brownies (Motion: up down twice, then left to right twice with out lifting the knife).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes on the bottom rack. The center should be a little jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely on the cooling rack.
- Once cooled remove the brownies out the pan with the sides of the parchment paper.
- Place on a flat surface, then cut the brownies to the size you prefer.

- Process for 1 minute.
- Remove the lid and stir. SIDE NOTE: Process longer if needed until the mixer is smooth and creamy.
- Remove from the food processor place in an air tight container.
- Apply to clean damp hair.
- Heat cap is not recommended.
- Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rise completely with cool water.

I found a similar recipe on Pintrest, I was in a rush and I forgot to pick up all the ingredients. This is my version of Lemonade Punch in Mason Jars (so easy).

How to Make: Put the mixed fruit in the mason jars, then add 1/4 cup of limeade, 1/2 cup lemonade, top off with sprite, put the lid on a shake. serve cold.

Or download the label, open a word document insert a box shape the size of the label and insert the label download. Print. Place on the water bottles with scotch tape, then go around the label twice with masking tape. **This allows the labels to not get wet when they are in the ice bucket.
